摘要
建立了一种GC-MS同时测定烟草中胆甾醇、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇及β-谷甾醇的分析方法。结果表明:胆甾醇、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇及β-谷甾醇回收率在95.94~102.41%之间,RSD<6.01%。在所测定的烟草样品中,豆甾醇的含量较高。所检测的烟草样品中,均未检测出糖苷态胆甾醇。
The contents of cholesterol,campesterol,stigmasterol and β-sitosterol in tobacco leaves were determined by GC-MS.The results showed that: 1) the average recoveries of the four phytosterols ranged from 95.94% to 102.41%,with RSDs of below 6.01%(n=5.2) the contents of stigmasterol were the highest in all of the testing samples.3) no content of cholesterol glycosides was detected in all the testing samples.
