摘要
10 kV架空绝缘导线配电线路耐张杆处无防雷措施,但耐张杆处绝缘导线雷击断线问题却时有发生。分析了绝缘导线雷击断线的机理,在基于对直线杆PSL-12/4型防雷绝缘子和耐张杆处非防雷绝缘子的研究基础上,提出绝缘导线配电线路耐张杆处防雷绝缘子的设计思路并具体介绍了整体设计。实验测试结果和试点应用表明,耐张处防雷绝缘子的整体性能优异,最后给出了实际应用时的安装流程。
There is no lightning-proof measure usually at tension pole of 10 kV overhead insulated conductor, but conductor broken by lightning at that point is happened from time to time. The cause of the broken conductor is analyzed, on the basis of research of lightning-proof insulator string applied on straight pole of PSL-12/4 type and non-lightning-proof insulator string at tension pole, designing idea for lightning-proof insulator string at tension pole of distribution line is provided and overall designing is introduced. Test measuring results and pilot application indicate that lightning-proof insulator string at tension pole is excellent in qualification, finally installation procedure in application is presented.
