摘要
为增强感应雷抵御能力,改善架空配电线路防雷性能,提出了一种10kV架空配电线路感应雷防护用绝缘塔头结构。该结构由绝缘支柱、连接金具、横担、立担和绝缘子构成,其中绝缘支柱用于提高三相共用对地绝缘水平,技术经济性较好。对不同绝缘水平时线路的感应雷闪络率进行了计算,根据计算结果并考虑技术经济性,按照将感应雷闪络率降低96%的标准,确定了绝缘塔头的雷电冲击耐受电压应≥400kV;通过受力分析,确定了绝缘支柱和连接金具的抗弯强度应能耐受三相导线每相施加1 955N水平拉力时产生的弯矩。研制了绝缘塔头产品,该产品通过了雷电冲击放电试验和抗弯试验的检验,技术性能满足设计要求。绝缘塔头产品已分别在广东和广西电网的2条10kV线路上挂网运行,表现出了较好的防雷性能。
Enhancing 10 kV overhead distribution line in its ability to resist indirect lightning is the key to improve its lightning protection performance.Therefore,we proposed a new kind of insulation tower head for protecting 10 kV overhead distribution line from lightning.The tower head is composed of post insulators,cross arms,vertical arms,insulators,and connection hardware.The post insulator is used for increasing the insulation level against ground of three phases together,economizing the proposed tower head.Moreover,we calculated the indirect lightning flashover rate of the lines with different insulation levels.According to the calculation results and considering the techno-economics,in accordance with the standard of decreasing the lightning flashover rate by 96%,the lightning impulse withstanding value(LIWV) of insulation tower head was determined to be no less than 400 kV.Base on the mechanical analysis,the bending strengths of post insulator and connection hardware had to be able to withstand the bending moment produced by the horizontal force from three-phase conductors with 1 955 N on each phase.The developed insulation tower head has passed lightning impulse discharge tests and bending tests,which indicates that its technical performances meet the design requirements.Furthermore,the product have been adopted in two 10 kV overhead distribution lines in Guangdong and Guangxi,China,showing a good lightning protection performance.
