摘要
研制了一种由高压穿刺电极和避雷器本体构成的纯空气间隙金属氧化物避雷器。高压穿刺电极与绝缘导线穿刺接触引出高电位,当感应雷或直击雷产生足够高幅值的过电压作用于绝缘导线时,避雷器间隙击穿,避雷器本体释放雷电能量抑制工频续流起弧,达到保护绝缘导线免于断线的目的。通过对该避雷器进行大量的雷电冲击放电试验,确定了间隙距离和安装位置。
A new electrode and metal oxide surge arrester (MOA) with series air gap is developed, the gap is a pure air one and is composed by high voltage piercing electrode and MOA in itself. The high potential is led out by piercing contact between the high voltage piercing electrode and insulated conductor. When the overvoltage with enough high amplitude caused by direct lightning stroke and inductive lightning is applied to insulated conductor, the gap of MOA is broken down and the MOA itself releases lightning energy to restrain power frequency follow current from arcing, and the purpose of preventing insulated conductor from breakage is achieved. By means of lots of lightning impulse tests for the MOA with series gap, the distance of series gap and the position of piercing electrode are determined.
