摘要
目的观察临床使用的四类吸入性麻醉药对肺泡表面张力的影响。方法 50只家兔随机分成五组(每组 10只),一组作为正常对照组( C组),另四组分别吸入 55%- 60%氧化亚氮( N组)、4.5%-5%乙醚(E组)、0.8%-1.0%氟烷(F组)和0.8%-1.0%异氟醚(I组),4 h后,用Wilhemly平衡仪测定其肺泡灌洗液的表面张力。结果与对照组相比,E、F、I三组肺泡灌洗液表面张力明显升高,稳定指数(S)显著下降( P< 0. 01), N组无显著性变化( P> 0. 05)。结论吸入脂溶性全身麻醉药可使表面张力升高,稳定指数下降。
Objective To observe the effects of four kinds of inhalational anesthetic agents on alveolar surface tension.Methods Fifty rabbits were randomly allocated to inhaling no drug (control group, n = 10), 55 % -60% nitrous oxide (group N, n = 10), 4. 5 % -5 % diethyl ether (group E, n = 10), 0.8%-1.0% halothane (group F, n = 10) or 0.8%-1.0% isoflurane (group I, n = 10) in 4 h, respectirely.Their surface tensions of alveolar lavages were measured by Willbelmy's balancer. Results Compared with those in control group, the surface tensions rose markedly and stability indexes (S ) decreased significantly in group E, group F and group I (P < 0. 01 ), the changes above mentioned were not significant in N group (P > 0. 05 ). Conclusions Inhalation of liposoluble anesthetic agents can increase alveolar surface tension, and decrease the stability index.
