吸入性全身麻醉药对肺泡Ⅱ型细胞超微结构的影响

摘要 目的:观察3种吸入性全身麻醉药对肺泡Ⅱ型细胞超微结构的影响。方法:40只家兔随机分成4组,每组10只。除对照组(C组)外,另3组分别吸入55%~60%氧化亚氮(N组)、0.8%~1.0%氟烷(F组)及0.8%~1.0%异氟醚(I组),4h后即制备肺组织标本。用透射电镜观察肺泡Ⅱ型细胞的形态结构,并对板层体作形态计量学测定。结果:与C组相比,F、I两组肺泡Ⅱ型细胞内板层体的数量(ND)增多(P<0.05),体积(VD)增大(P<0.05);N组板层体的ND和VD基本不变,但“胞吐”现象活跃。结论:吸入非脂溶性麻醉药后板层体分泌不受影响。吸入脂溶性麻醉药后板层体聚集在细胞内,分泌受阻。 Objective: To observe the effects of 3 kinds of inhalational anesthetic agents on ultrastructur of the typeⅡalveolar cell. Methods: Forty rabbits were randomly allocated into 4 groups,each group had 10 rabbits to inhale 55%~60%nitrous oxide ( N, group N),0.8%~1.0%halothane (F, group F) and 0.8%~1.0%isoflurane (I, group I) for 4 h respectively and the last group was the control group (C) to inhale nothing.The samples of pulmonary tissue were prepared and observed by transmission electron microscope the morphologic measurement of lamellar body of typeⅡalveolar cell was performed. Results: The amount (ND) and volume(VD)of lamellar body of typeⅡalveolar cell in group F and I were increased significantly than that of group C(P< 0.05).The ND and VD of lamellar body in group N were similar to that in group C, meanwhile the phenomenon of lamellar body cytoexcretion was very active. Conclusion: The secretion of lamellar body was not interfered after inhalation of non liposoluble anesthetic agent. The lamellar body was aggregated and its secretion was blocked after liposoluble anesthetic agents inhalation.
