摘要
24例ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级在全麻下行乳癌根治术的患者,分为三组:安氟醚组(E)、七氟醚组(S)和异丙酚组(Pro)。E、S组分别以1.0MAC的安氟醚和七氟醚维持麻醉。Pro组静点异丙酚4~6mg·kg^(-1)·h^(-1)维持麻醉。采用吸气末气道阻断法测定胸肺静态顺应性(Crs)。用药30分钟后Crs明显降低(P<0.01);Pro组的Crs下降程度显著小于E和S组(P<0.05)。表明:麻醉药是影响Crs的重要因素,不同麻醉药对Crs的影响程度亦不相同,异丙酚对肺顺应性的影响小于安氟醚和七氟醚。
Twenty-four cases for mammectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups. In group E and S,the anesthesia was maintained with 1.0 MAC enflurane and sevoflurane respectively. In group Pro,the anesthesia was maintained with intravenous propofol at dose of 46mg·kg^(-1)·h^(-1) The static compliance of total respiratory system (Crs) was measured using the end inflation airway occlusion methods. The decrease of Crs was observed in 30 minutes after medication in all groups(P<0.01). The decrease level of Crs was lower significantly in group Pro than that in group E and S(P<0.05). It is suggested that the anesthetics were the important influence factor on Crs,the influrence of propofol on Crs is less than that of enflurane or sevoflurane.
