ARC微量注射TRH对大鼠胃运动的调节

摘要 TRH微量注入下丘脑弓状核(ARC)引起胃运动明显增强;胃运动频率由微量注射前3~4次/min增快至6~7次/min;胃内压由0.53±0.08kPa上升至1.5±0.6kPa,P<0.001。胃运动变化潜伏期8~10s,胃运动变化持续40~50min才恢复正常。肌肉注射心得安、酚妥拉明不改变TRH微量注入ARC对胃运动的影响。而肌肉注射阿托品和双侧迷走神经切断可阻断TRH微量注入ARC对胃运动的增强效应。本实验结果提示TRH微量注射到ARC可能经由迷走神经传出,其效应可能由M—胆碱能受体实现。 Microinjection of thyrotropin release hormone (TRH) into hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (ARC) obviously increased gastric motility, frequency of gastric motility became from 3~4 times/min to 6~7 times/min, intergastric pressure (IGP) rose from 0.53±0.08 kPa to 1.5±0.6 kPa, P<0.001. Change rate of IGP was 183.01%. Latency of IGP change was about 8~10s; IGP was restored in 40~50 min. Propranolol and regetine i. m. did not change the effects of TRH. Yagotomy and atropine i. m. could block TRH that affects. The results showed that microinjection of TRH into ARC enhanced gastric motility by way of vagus and M-receptor.
