摘要
基于先进的内模控制理论,针对数控X-Y平台伺服控制系统的位置速度双闭环系统提出了一种双内模控制结构,并进行了伺服控制系统的控制器设计。所设计的速度控制器为PI结构,具有对控制对象参数变化的鲁棒性能;设计的伺服位置控制器为PID结构,只有一个可调参数,调整方便。仿真实验验证了内模控制方法设计的系统性能优于工程设计方法设计的性能。
A dual Internal Model Control(IMC) structure is proposed for X-Y table of NC machine tool servo control system. Based on IMC principle, the position and speed controllers are designed. The PI speed controller make sensitivity of speed reduce; the PID position controller has only loop performance to changes one adjustable parameter that performance, the structure of controller is simple. Theoretical analysis and designed of servo motor parameters is directly related to system simulation results show that controllers based on IMC principle have better performance than controllers designed based on“engineering design methods”.
