本文介绍了原位PCR的主要进展、基本步骤 ,并对其在外源基因检测、基因变异。
In situ PCR was a promising methods to investigate low copy nucleic acid sequences in individual cells and tissues.This article gave brief review of general methodology and recent advances of in situ PCR as well as its applications,such as detecting low or single copy foreign gene,mutant gene and gene expression and so on.\;
