摘要
随着聚合酶链式反应(Polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术和分子水平生物技术的发展,综合了原位杂交(Insitu Hybridize,ISH)和PCR双重优点的原位PCR(Insitu polymerase chain reaction,IS-PCR)在越来越多的领域得到应用,或者具有巨大的应用前景。目前关于IS-PCR的报道主要集中在动物学和微生物学等领域,植物学领域较少。现从植物外源基因的检测、基因定位、高分辨率的DNA物理图谱的构建和植物种属关系的鉴定等方面就IS-PCR技术在植物学中的应用进行了综述。
With development of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology and other progress of biotechnology at molecular level, the In situ polymerase chain reaction (IS-PCR) has increased applications and prospects in many fields because of its integrated advantages in both PCR and In situ hybridization (ISH). At present, reports about the application of IS-PCR mainly focused on zoology and microbiology. This paper has reviewed the application of IS-PCR on plant sciences such as gene test, gene location, construction of high-resolution physical map of DNA and inter-soecific phylogeny.
