摘要
本文用聚丙烯酰胺不连续凝胶盘电泳,对大足蝠8种组织的LDH同工酶进行了报道。大足蝠心肌、肾、脑、血清、睾丸、胸肌、大腿肌组织的LDH同工酶的5条主带,以H亚基的活性最高,肝组织的5条主带以M亚基的活性最高。值得注意的是,在血清的谱带中,在LDH_3和LDH_4之间,出现了一条额外的LDH_e带,在心肌、肝LDH中,还分别出现了一条向阳极泳动比LDH_1还快的带,暂称为LDH_0带。
This paper reports the electrophoretograms of LDH isoenzyme of 8 tissues in the M. ricketti by discontinuous DISC polyacrylamide gel electrophorcsis method.5 componemts of LDH isoeazyme bana of 8 tissues of M. ricketti, from positive electrode to negative electrode, LDH_1, LDH_2, LDH_3, LDH_4, LDH_5. except that there is an additional hand ladelled as LDHe in the pattern of serum. it is notable that in the pattern of cardiac muscles and livers there is an extra LDHo bana labelled as above the band of LDHI.The activity of LDH—H is higher in cerebrum, kidney, chest muscles, leg muscles and testis; the activity of LDH—M is higher in livers.
