2种菊头蝠8种不同组织或器官3种同工酶研究

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺不连续凝胶垂直板活性电泳,分析了2种菊头蝠的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、胸肌、肺、胃、小肠、舌8种组织的酯酶(EST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)3种同工酶的活性和分布.结果表明:2种菊头蝠8种组织的3种同工酶存在差异,其分布具有明显的组织特异性,与器官或组织所执行的功能有关. The active polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to detect three isozymes, esterase, lactate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase from heart, liver, kidney, muscle, lung, stomach, small intestine, tongue of Rhinolophus cornutus and R. ferrumequinum. The results reveal that the three isozymes have the wide ranging distribution. However, the zymogram pattern of every tissue is different and has the tissue specificity. The electrophoretograms of three isozymes have a close correspondence with the function which the tissue has carried out, which demonstrates that the isozyme plays the important roles in the regulation of the metabolisms of tissues.
