摘要
回弹是板料成形中不可避免的现象,有效地减少回弹是加工合格制件的保证。鉴于板料多工序回弹模拟精度不高的现状,使用了一种基于全过程模拟原理的回弹模拟与补偿方法。成形性验证、回弹模拟和型面补偿是其主要内容。在某车门外板每道工序中,采用显式-隐式顺序求解的方法,进行了弹性模拟和型面补偿,以便消除回弹误差的累积。
Springback is inevitable in sheet metal forming, and the effective decreasing springback is the guarantee of manufacturing qualified products. Base on the Current state that the springback simulation accuracy is not high, a new method, named "full cycle simulation", was presented, which was used to improve spfingback simulation accuracy and compensate the springback. Formability validation, springback simulation and die-face compensation are the core content of the method. Then by use of the coupled explicit-implicit solver, springback simulation and die-face compensation were carried out in each process of an outer door panel to eliminate the accumulation of springback error.
