摘要
回弹现象是车辆覆盖件冲压成形中不可避免的问题,也是该领域研究的热点和难点问题。本文在对轿车行李箱外板冲压成形数值模拟的基础上,基于隐式算法对行李箱外板的回弹进行了计算研究,确定了回弹的分布及最大回弹量的位置,研究了影响回弹的因素和减小回弹量的控制方法,为车辆覆盖件冲压成形加工工艺优化提供了基本思路。
Springback is an inevitable problem in sheet metal stamping forming, and is the research hotspot and difficulty in this field. Starting from the stamping forming result of deck lid ,simulation and research on the springback of deck lid was carried out based on the implicit algorithm, the springback distribution and the biggest displacement position was determined. Correlative factors affect the springback and measures taken to reduce the springback are discussed, and it provides a thought of process-optimization for forming of automobile panels.
