摘要
介绍国外以高温形变热处理、连续冷却形变热处理以及临界区退火加中温等温淬火等方法在低合金硅锰钢中获得相变塑性的原理和途径 ,并叙述了冷却过程中的计算机相变模拟原理。
The principle of transformation induced plastics(TRIP) and its application to low alloy steel abroad were introduced,The TRIP behavior in low alloy steel of Si Mn could be obtained by the methods,such as high temperature thermomechanical process (TMP),continuouscooling TMP and inter critical annealing+medium temperature austempering processes.The compute models of phase transformation during cooling process,especially,the relationships between structure stress and property due to different methods were described.
