PICC在由5-氟尿嘧啶持续泵入所致静脉炎预防中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察外周中心静脉置管(PICC)预防5-氟尿嘧啶持续泵入所致静脉炎的效果。方法将86例消化道恶性肿瘤患者根据患者的意愿分为观察组44例和对照组42例。观察组采用PICC置管联合全自动输注泵持续化疗,对照组采用外周静脉留置针联合全自动输注泵持续化疗,均按医嘱采用FOLFOX4或FOLFOX6方案给药,两组于5-氟尿嘧啶泵入期间每天均用生理盐水20 ml从侧管进行冲洗管路2次。观察并比较两组患者静脉炎发生情况。结果观察组与对照组静脉炎的发生率分别为4.54%和69.04%,观察组静脉炎的发生率显著低于对照组;且静脉炎的程度明显减轻,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PICC置管能有效地预防5-氟尿嘧啶持续泵入所致静脉炎的发生,而且明显降低静脉炎的发生程度,建议5-氟尿嘧啶持续泵入患者采用PICC置管。 Objective To explore the application of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICG) in nursing intervention phlebitis of patients induced by 5-FU pump. Methods All 86 cases of gastrointestinal malignant tumor patients according to the will of the patients were divided into experimental group ( n = 44) and control group ( n = 42 ). During using the automat infusion pump, the experimental group received PICC tube, while the control group received peripheral venous indwelling needle. Both of them adopt FOLFOX4 OR FOLFOX6 in accordance with doctor' s advice. Both groups received 20 ml saline twice daily as 5-FU was pumped. Observe and compare with the prevalence of phlebitis. Results The morbidity rate of the experimental group was 4.54% and of the control group was 69.04%. The phlebitis rate of experimental group was lower than that of the control ; the level of phlebitis was obviously reduced. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 O. 01 ). Conclusion PICC can effectively prevent prevalence of phlebitis during using 5-FU pump, and is significantly reduced the rate of phlebitis. PICC can be recommended during using 5-FU pump.
