摘要
目的:观察自拟双料喉风散软膏治疗外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管术(PICC)所致机械性静脉炎的临床效果。方法:将PICC所致机械性静脉炎患者42例随机均分成两组。试验组21例患者采用自拟双料喉风散软膏持续外敷于患处,覆盖范围大于疼痛、红肿部位1cm,厚度1mm,外覆盖纱布,每8h检查补充药物1次;对照组21例患者采用50%的硫酸镁纱布湿热敷,纱布稍大于皮损面积,每4h更换敷料1次。观察两组患者治疗3、7d的临床效果。结果:试验组患者治疗3d的临床显效率为85.7%,治疗7d后治愈率为76.2%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟双料喉风散软膏外敷对治疗PICC所致机械性静脉炎有良好效果。
OBJECTIVE： To observe clinical efficacy of self-made Shuangliao houfeng san ointment in the treatment of mechan- ical phlebitis induced by PICC catheterization. METHODS： 42 patients with mechanical phlebitis due to PICC were randomly divid-ed into 2 groups. 21 cases in trial group were given self-made Shuangliao houfeng san ointment for external use in trouble place, and coverage was greater than the pain, redness part 1 cm, thickness 1 mm, outside covering gauze, adding drugs every 8 h; 21 cases in control group were treated with 50% magnesium sulfate gauze for wet hot compress, and gauze was slightly greater than the lesions area, every 4 h replacement dressing. Therapeutic efficacies of mechanical phlebitis were observed in 2 groups after 3 d or 7 d of treatment. RESULTS： The clinical effective rate of trial group 3 d was 85.7%, and cure rate was 76.2% after 7d treat-ment. There was statistical significance between 2 groups（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Shuangliao houfeng san ointment for external use has significant effects on mechanical nhlebitis caused bv PlCC.
