摘要 目的探索儿科临床教学改革的新思路,解决理论学习与临床实践的快速融合,以PBL结合多媒体教学模式进行儿科临床实习教学,进一步提高临床教学质量。方法随机抽取2006级的临床医学生80人,随机分为实验组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用传统教学法完成儿科实习教学任务,观察组采用PBL教学法结合多媒体教学法完成儿科教学任务,比较两种教学方法的应用效果。结果 PBL结合多媒体教学组儿科实习医师在考试成绩及发现、分析、解决问题的能力,临床思维培养等方面均优于对照组。结论 PBL结合多媒体教学模式有助于提高儿科实习医师学习积极性和自主学习能力,提高发现问题、解决问题的能力,促进临床思维能力的形成,提高了教学质量,是临床教学改革的新方向。 Objective To study the new methods of clinical teaching reform in pediatrics and solve the combination of theory studying and clinical, combine PBL teaching mode and multimedia technology in pediatric department practice teaching, and to improve clinical teaching effect. Methods 80 clinical medicine students of grade 2006 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases) ;in the control group traditional teaching methods were used to com- plete the task pediatric teaching;and in the observation group, PBL teaching method with multimedia teaching method was used to complete the task pediatric teaching. The teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the mode of multimedia combing PBL teaching can improve obviously pediatric intern doctors' score, ability of finding out, analyzing and settling problems and formation of clinical thought. Conclusion The mode of multimedia combing PBL teaching was beneficial to pediatric intern doctors' learning activity, autonomous learning ability, decision ability and clinical thinking, and improve the quality of teaching. It was a new task of clinical teaching reform.
