摘要
介绍了武汉光谷大桥钢桥面浇注式沥青混凝土的配合比验证及施工控制。所设计的浇注式沥青混凝土60℃贯入度小于4mm,-10℃弯曲断裂应变大于8 000μm/m,达到高低温设计要求。普通车辙试验结果表明其动稳定在300次/mm水平,但组合车辙试验经1万次加载后证实了SMA沥青混凝土+浇注式沥青混凝土铺装体系具有良好的抗高温车辙性能,车辙产生的主要原因是行车追密,而非混合料失稳。
The paper focuses on validation of mixture design and construction control of guss asphalt used for the steel deck of Wuhan Guanggu Bridge. The designed guss asphalt showed a penetration less than 4 mm at 60℃ and a bending strain larger than 8 000μm/m at failure at -10℃, which meets the performance requirements at high and low temperatures. Traditional wheel-track rutting test indicated a low dynamic stability of 300 passages/mm. However, rutting test on full-scale double layers (SMA surfacing layer plus guss asphalt bottom layer) showed that the overlay system has a good stability at high temperature and rutting resistance after 10 000 loading repetitions. Post-deification was the cause resulting in rutting but not the structure disability of the mixtures.
