摘要 EBCL层对钢桥面铺装的性能有重要的影响。通过EBCL层的强度、变形性能及耐久性试验,得出EBCL层具有黏结可靠、抗剪强度高、变形能力强、防水耐水效果好的特点。EBCL与桥面钢板有足够的黏结能力,有一定的变形性能,在桥面受力或温度变化时能追随钢板做伸长、缩短和弯曲变形。EBCL具有耐老化特性,作为防水界面还具有优良的防水性能。 Abstract. The layer of EBCL works as the waterproof-adhesive chip layer, which plays a role in ERS steel bridge deck pavement. The properties of EBCL layer are evaluated with strength, deformation and durability test. The results show that EBCL layer is reliable with high shear strength, good deformation ability and waterproof effect. The bonding capacity between EBCL and the bridge deck are sufficient. EBCL has certain deformation ability, which can elongate, shorten and bending deform along with the bridge deck when stress or temperature changes on the surface. As waterproof interface material, EBCL has excellent water resistance, anti-aging and long-term performance.
