摘要
高校图书馆勤工助学岗位的设立,为高校贫困学生解决生活实际困难,缓解了图书馆员的工作压力。本文以长春师范学院图书馆为例,通过分析图书馆勤工助学管理现状以及存在的问题,提出相应的解决方法和建议。
The set up of work-study positions in university library solves the practical difficulties of impoverished students and relieves the working pressure of librarians.Through taking the library of Changchun Normal University as an example and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the library work-study management,this paper puts forward some corresponding solutions and suggestions.
