摘要
运用综述法、访问法对当前高校健美操教学现状进行分析,从中了解到高校健美操存在着诸多的问题,从而提出解决问题的方法和一些改革设想,使高校健美操教学过程更加合理,达到最佳的教学效果。
By the method of review and interview,this paper analyzed the current situation of aerobics teaching in universities,found some problems in the teaching,and put forward some methods and reform idea to solve the problems in order to make the aerobics teaching more reasonable and achieve the best teaching effect.
