摘要
本文分析了N离子注入棉花干种子后,不同剂量对发芽率和存苗率的影响以及胚芽中酯酶同功酶、过氧化物酶同功酶和微核细胞率的变化。结果表明:微核细胞率随离子注入剂量增加而递增,酯酶和过氧化物酶同功酶的活性和数量均有变化。40剂量处理的胚芽中两种酶的同功酶酶谱变化最大,且存苗率与对照无显著差异。
Effects of ion implantation into dry cotton seeds on germinationpercentage, seedling survival rate and esterase isozymes, peroxidase isozymesand micronuclic cell rate in plumule were analysed. The results showed thatmicronuclic cell rate increased as ion implanting dose increased. After theimplantation, there were some changes with the activity and the numberof esterase isozymes and peroxidase isozymes. In the plumules treated by 4.different doses, the changes of the zymograms of esterase isozymes and peroxi-dase isozymes induced by the dose of 40 were largest. The difference betweenthe seedling survival rate derived from the seeds treated by the dose of 40and that of CK was insignificant.
