摘要
用不同剂量的氮离子注入不同烟草品种的种子，对种子发芽率进行了测定。结果表明，不同品种间、不同处理剂量间种子发芽率的差异均达极显著水平。品种与处理剂量互作效应间差异也达极显著水平。
Tobacco seeds of different varieties were implanted with different dose of nitrogen ion.The results showed that germination rates were significantly different among varieties,treatments and their interactions.The implantation with 4×10 16 N +/cm 2 dose had positive effect on germination.
