摘要
针对大庆石化公司二次加工柴油的混合油(催化柴油与焦化柴油)进行超低硫柴油加氢精制催化剂的研究,通过添加助剂对氧化铝载体改性以及优化活性金属组分,开发出适合柴油加氢精制的Ni-W系超低硫柴油加氢精制催化剂,可满足加氢柴油硫含量小于30μg/g,柴油十六烷指数提高3.3个单位.
Ultra-low sulfur diesel hydrotreating catalyst was researched and prepared based on the secondarily processed diesel (FCC diesel and coking diesel) produced by Daqing Petrochemical Company. The Ni-W series of ultra-low sulfur diesel hydrotreating catalyst was developed by adding additives to the alumina carrier to modify it and optimize the active metal components. The sulfur content of the hydrotreated diesel was less than 30μg/g, and the cetane index of the diesel was raised by 3.3 units.
