摘要
FH-DS柴油深度加氢脱硫催化剂是抚顺石油化工研究院为配合我国炼油企业生产硫含量小于300 μg/g低硫清洁柴油而开发的高活性新催化剂。通过添加助剂对氧化铝进行改性、优化催化剂制备方法及活性组分的优化组合等改进手段,使得FH-DS催化剂具有优良的加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮活性。低压下其加氢脱硫相对活性比目前市场上通用的国内对比剂提高50%左右,略优于国外对比剂;中压下生产硫含量小于30μg/g超低硫清洁柴油时,其脱硫相对活性比国外对比剂高46%,是加工科威特、沙特等进口高硫原油生产低硫清洁柴油的良好催化剂。
FH-DS catalyst for diesel deep HDS is a high activity catalyst newly developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical to meet the demand of Chinese refineries for producing clean diesel with sulfur content less than 300μg/g. The good HDS and HDN activities of the catalyst were contributed by modifying alumina with promotor and optimizing preparation method and active components. Under low operation pressure, the HDS activity of FH-DS was 50% higher than that of the conventional catalysts currently used in China and somewhat superior than that of the reference catalyst abroad. When the new catalyst was used to produce clean diesel with sulfur content less than 30μg/g under medium pressure, the relative activity was 46% higher than that of the reference catalyst abroad. The new catalyst was a good catalyst for producing clean diesel from processing Kuwaiti and Saudi Arabian sour crude oils.
