摘要
目的调查儿科门诊抗菌药物的使用情况,促进合理用药。方法回顾性分析某院2012年6月1日儿科所有处方,对抗菌药物使用情况作统计分析。结果儿科患儿中呼吸系统疾病占43.8%,呼吸系统疾病中抗菌药物使用率为62.3%;最常用的抗感染药物是抗病毒药物和头孢类抗菌药物。最常见的联合用药是头孢类+抗病毒类。结论儿科抗菌药物使用基本合理。
Objective To investigate the prescription of antibiotic drugs in outpatient of the pediatric department of one hospital,so as to promote rational drug usage.Methods All prescription of pediatric outpatient in June 1 of 2012 were sampled for statistical analysis in respect of antibiotic drugs.Results Among all pediatric patient,patient of respiratory diseases accouted for 43.8%.The antibacterial application frequency of respiratory diseases was 62.3%,and the most common anti-infective drugs were antiviral drugs and cephalosporins.The most common combination therapy was cephalosporins combined with antiviral drugs.Conclusion The application of antibacterials is basic rational.
