摘要
目的:观察胶原贴敷料在面部铒激光治疗后创面修复中的作用。方法:用胶原贴敷料治疗面部铒激光治疗后患者7天。观察治疗后创面修复情况及不良反应的发生。结果:与对照组比较,使用胶原贴敷料,患者创面红肿、渗出及脱痂时间明显缩短,肿痛、紧绷感减少。结论:胶原贴敷料对面部铒激光治疗后创面修复有安全、有效的促进作用。
Objective To evaluate the rehabilitative effects of the the collagen dressing on postoperative nursing of Er：YAG laser. Methods Daily Local appliance the collagen dressing to the patients received treatments with Er：YAG laser for 7 days. The clinical response to therapy and adverse effects were recorded.Results Compared with control group, the collagen dressing could apparently shorten incrustation and healing time, decrease sore and skin tension. Conclusion The collagen dressing is effective, safe and positively impact on postoperative nursing of Er：YAG laser.
