摘要
应用铒激光治疗仪治疗34例汗管瘤患者,6个月后观察疗效。结果表明34例患者中29例皮损完全消退,治愈率85%;未见色素沉着或色素减退;2例患者共2个皮损有轻微的皮肤表面纹理改变。我们认为铒激光治疗汗管瘤安全而有效。
Thirty four cases of syringoma treated with Er:YAG Laser were observed after 6months' follow up.The 29of them(85%)were found that their lesions were re moved completely.No pigmentation c hanges and obvious scar were found.Among 1117lesions only2lesions in 2patients,left slight s kin texture variations.The Er:YAG l aser is an effective and safe way dealing with syringoma.
