类人胶原蛋白治疗眼周皮肤皱纹的临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察类人胶原蛋白原液对人眼周皮肤皱纹的疗效及安全性。方法:招募29名健康受试者,左右侧眼周皮肤随机给予类人胶原蛋白原液导入治疗(治疗侧)及蒸馏水导入治疗(对照侧),每日1次,共2周。于治疗前后,医生进行主观评价、仪器检测皮肤红斑指数(erythemaindex,EI)及角质层含水量,于治疗后由受试者进行满意度评价。结果:治疗侧导入治疗2周后,医生评价明显改善者0例,中度改善者6例(20.69%),轻度改善者18例(62.07%);受试者满意率为89.66%。治疗侧与对照侧EI差值及角质层含水量差值无显著差异。仅17.2%受试者治疗侧有暂时性轻微刺痛感,无其他不良反应发生。结论:类人胶原蛋白原液可一定程度地改善眼周皮肤皱纹,且不良反应轻微。 Objective To observe the efficay and safety of Human-like collagen on removing wrinkles around the eye. Methods Twenty-nine healthy volunteers were recruited. One side of face was treated with the Human-like collagen by the way of iontophoresis once a day for a consecutive 2 weeks, according to a randomisation table. The other side was treated with water and observed as the self control. Before and after each procedure, skin color and water content were measured with Mexameter (EI:erythema index) and corneometer, individually. The global assessment were performed both by dermatologist and by all the volunteers. Results After 2 weeks' treatment, Dermatologist assessed that none of patient has obvious improve, 6 (20.69% ) and 18 (62.07% ) patients have mild and moderate improve, respectively. and patients self-evaluation was 89.66% . The mean EI value and water content did not change differently between the two sides. Conclusion Human-like collagen could effectively and safely remove wrinkles. The side-effects were transient and limited.
