摘要
目的研究分析透明质酸钠凝胶在预防妇科术后粘连中的效果。方法选取2011年3月～2012年6月于妇科进行手术治疗的86例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组进行常规手术处理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用透明质酸钠凝胶,后将两组患者的粘连发生率及并发症发生率进行比较。结果观察组的不同等级的粘连发生率均低于对照组,并发症发生率也低于对照组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论透明质酸钠凝胶可有效预防妇科术后粘连,应用价值较高。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of sodium hyaluronate gel in preventing gynecological postoperative adhesion.Methods Eighty six patients who were treated with surgery in department of gynecology from March 2011 to June 2012 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group,the patients of control group were treated with routine operation method,the patients of observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate gel based on the treatment of control group,then the adhesion rate and complication rate of two groups were compared.Results The different grade adhesion rate of observation group were all lower than those of control group,rate of complications was lower than that of control group,all P 〈0.05,the differences were all statistalally significant.Conclusion The sodium hyaluronate gel can effectivey prevent gynecological postoperative adhesion,and its value is higher.
