摘要
目的观察探讨透明质酸钠凝胶预防宫腔镜电切术后宫腔粘连的效果及护理。方法将2012年3月~2013年7月来杭州市第一人民医院行宫腔镜电切术的120例患者,分为观察组62例和对照组58例,对照组放置宫内节育器（IUD）预防治疗,观察组则采用透明质酸钠凝胶预防宫腔粘连,两组术后均实行人工周期治疗3个月,研究对比两组粘连情况及防治效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.55%,对照组总有效率为75.86%,观察组的不良反应发生率为11.29%,显著低于对照组的不良反应发生率（27.59%）,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫腔内放置透明质酸钠凝胶用于预防宫腔粘连,临床效果安全有效,值得推广。同时加强术中术后护理、严防并发症的发生,是宫腔粘连手术成功的重要保证。
Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect and nurse of Hyaluronate Gel for prevention of intrauterine adhesion after hysteroscopic treatment. Methods 120 patients accepted by hysteroscopic treatment in the First People＇s Hospital of Hangzhou City from Match 2012 to July 2013 were divided into two groups, control group（58cases） was given IUD and observation group（62 cases） was given Hyaluronate Gel. Both groups were treated with antificial cycle therapy for three months and then the prevention effect of intrauterine adhesion was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%, and the control group was 75.86%. The untoward effect rate of observation group was 11.29%, lower than the rate of control group（27.59%）. The differences of the two groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Hyaluronate Gel for prevention of intrauterine adhesion is effective and worth of promoting. To strengthen the intraoperative and postoperative nurse and to prevent complications is the key to the success of intrauterine adhesion operation.
