摘要
本文对用铁砂代替铁鳞制备永磁钡铁氧体的工业生产中的几个问题进行探讨。生产出的钡恒磁产品性能达Y25水平。
In this paper, we heve researched some industriali-Zation problem to produce Ba-ferrite with the iron-Sand instead of the iron-Scale.The magnetic properties of the isotropic rotator and the anisotropic 201,801 magnet has reached to (BH)m 6.4-8.8KJ/m^4 and 23.2-25.6KJ/m^3 respectively. We have researched manufacturing technologies of the Ba-ferrite based on the Characteristic of the iron-Sand.
