摘要
给出2组 Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O 超导材料的超导转变温度,叙述它们的红外光谱测试,首次报导了 Tl 系超导体的红外吸收光谱,并进行了分析,认为有3个特征峰.峰 P_2(约530cm^(-1))与峰 P_2(约490cm^(-1))的差值可作为超导性能的标志,差值越小,T_c 值越高.0.1eV 左右的低能电子激发和850cm^(-1)左右的吸收峰也与 T_c 有某种关系.从光谱图也认证新材料有良好的抗潮湿稳定性.
The superconducting transition temperatures of two sets of Tl-Ba-Ca- Cu-O superconductor samples are presented.Their IR spectra are shown and analysed.Three characteristic peaks are recognized.The difference bet- ween peak P_2(≈530cm^(-1))and peak P_3(≈490cm^(-1))are found to be related to the superconducting transition temperature T_c.Smaller difference corre- sponds to a higher T_c.The electronic excitation at about 0.1eV and the ab- sorption peak at about 850cm^(-1) seem to correlate with high T_c.The nice stability of counter-damp of specimen is realized.
