摘要
目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏联合知柏地黄丸辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法将慢性牙周炎患者82例分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服知柏地黄丸辅助治疗。结果治疗组患者疗效明显优于对照组患者,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏联合知柏地黄丸治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效确切,安全有效,值得在临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with Zhibai Dihuang Pills （ZDP） in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the patients in control group were received Minocycline hydrochloride ointment, the patients in treatment group were injected Minocycline hydrochloride ointment and ZDP. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with ZDP is obvious, safe and effective.
