摘要
目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏在慢性牙周炎治疗中的作用。方法选择我院2009年1月～2011年8月口腔门诊治疗的慢性牙周炎患者75例,分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=38)。观察组牙周基础治疗后采用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,对照组牙周基础治疗后采用碘甘油治疗,对比观察两组治疗前后牙龈指数和牙周袋深度变化并进行统计分析。结果两组患者治疗后牙龈指数和牙周袋深度均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组牙龈指数和牙周袋深度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组显效21例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率为94.59%,对照组显效15例,有效14例,无效9例,总有效率为76.32%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论盐酸米诺环素软膏可有效治疗慢性牙周炎,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods 75 patients with chronic periodontitis received outpatient treatment in our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Aug. 2011 were se- lected. All patients were divided into observation（n = 37）and control group（n = 38）. The observation group was given minocycline hydrochloride ointment after foundation treatment and the control group was given iodine glycerin after foundation treatment. The gingival index and depth of pocket were statistically analyzed. Results Compared with those before the treatment, after treatment, the gingival index and depth of pocket were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference of the gingival in- dex and depth of pocket between the two groups after treatment .The markedly effective was 21 cases, effective 14 cases, inefficacy 2 case, the total effective rate was 94.59% in the observation group. The markedly effective was 15 cases, effective 14 cases, inef- ficacy 9 case, the total effective rate was 76.32% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment is effective in treating chronic periodontitis, which is worth being spreaded in clinical practice.
