摘要 1缬氨酸概述1.1缬氨酸的理化性质Gorup Besanty于1856年在胰脏的提取液中首先发现缬氨酸,1901年,Fischer从蛋白质水解物中成功分离缬氨酸[1]。缬氨酸(Valine)是一种含有五个碳原子的支链非极性α-氨基酸,其化学名称为α-氨基-3-甲基丁酸,分子式C5H11NO2,分子量117.15。缬氨酸为白色单斜晶系晶体或结晶性粉末,无臭有特殊苦味,
