摘要 尿素合成塔(尿塔)是尿素工业的核心设备,由于检漏介质的腐蚀性,经常在焊缝及层板部位产生裂纹,由于尿塔的结构特点,传统检验方法无法有效检出此类裂纹,会带来严重的安全隐患。重点研究了多层包扎尿塔的声发射检测工艺及信号评价方法,并进行了现场解剖对比,发现两者结果对应性良好。 Urea reactor is the core equipment of urea synthesis devices. Due to corrosive of leaked detection media, there often occur cracks in part of weld and plate. Due to the structural features of urea reactor, traditional testing methods cannot find the crack, leading to serious security risks. The article focused on multi-layer urea reactor acoustic emission detection technology and signal evaluation methods, carried out anatomical comparison and made a good application effect.
