3A21铝合金表面1,4-双(3-三乙氧基丙基尿基苯)涂层的耐蚀性研究

摘要 为探讨有机硅对3A21铝合金的防腐性能.合成了1.4-双(3-三乙氧基丙基尿基苯)(BTPUB),采用溶胶-凝胶法在3A21铝表面制备了不同的BTPUB涂层.采用循环伏安法研究前驱体中BTPUB的浓度和腐蚀效果的关系.采用浸泡实验和电化学阻抗谱研究BTPUB涂层对3A21铝合金的保护饥理.结果证明随着前驱体中BTPUB的浓度的增大涂层对铝的保护效果越好.BTPUB涂层对3A21铝合金具有较好的保护效果. 1,4-Bis{N-[3-triethoxysilyl propyl] ureido} benzene (BTPUB) was prepared by the reaction of 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl isocyanate with 1,4-phenylenediamine. Ethanol solutions with different concentrations of BTPUB was prepared as precursor and then to prepare coatings on 3A21 aluminum alloy by sol-gel method. The protectiveness of the coatings was studied by cyclic voltammetry, the corrosion resistance was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and immersion test. The results indicate that the corrosion resistance of the BTPUB coating is excellent in NaCl solution.
