摘要
从服役年限较长的超高压水晶釜安全评估的角度出发,通过分析声发射检测技术的特点及其在特种设备安全评估中的应用案例,探讨了该技术在超高压水晶釜安全评估中应用的可行性,并根据超高压水晶釜的特殊结构形式提出了对其进行声发射检测的注意事项。
The feasibility of acoustic emission（AE）testing in safety assessment of ultrahigh-pressure crystal kettle was discussed in the present paper,viewing from the safety assessment of a long service life ultrahigh pressure crystal kettle and through analyzing the characteristics of AE testing and application cases of AE in special equipment.This paper also proposed some precautions of AE testing in accordance with the special form of ultrahigh pressure crystal kettle.
