摘要
针对一种磁阻式电磁离合器,结合磁阻式电机分析了它的基本结构和原理。采用分析电机常用的磁路法计算该电磁离合器的传动力矩,得到了离合器的基本计算公式。并使用Ansoft Maxwell软件建立3D模型,通过仿真分析得到离合器的传动力矩,验证公式计算法的准确性。这种磁阻式电磁离合器传动力矩大,损耗小,运行可靠。
Basic structure and principle of an electromagnetic clutch of reluctance type was studied.Magnetic circuit method was used to calculate the driver torque and get the basic formula of the clutch.And Ansoft Maxwell software is used to create 3D models.Transmission torque of the clutch and the accuracy of the method validation formula is got by the simulation analysis.The transmission torque of this reluctance electromagnetic clutch is big.The loss is small.And its operation is reliable.
