摘要
在Maxwell和Simplorer平台下建立永磁同步电机模型,通过联合仿真得出正常运行和发生不同程度转子动态偏心故障时的定子电流。对正常和转子偏心故障状态下的定子电流进行小波包分析,得到其定子电流信号的小波包分解系数,其定子电流三次谐波分量变化最为明显,可以作为其特征量用以检测永磁同步电机转子偏心故障,并对不同程度的转子偏心故障的定子电流小波包分解系数做了对比研究。
On the Maxwell and Simplorer platform to establish a permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) model, through the co-simulation obtained the stator current of the normal operation and the rotor eccentricity. Under different running condition of Wavelet Packet analysis is done of the stator current, obtained the conclusion of the stator current signal Wavelet Packet decomposition coefficient can be used as an effective way to detect the PMSM rotor eccentricity fault. And made a comparative study of the different degrees of rotor eccentricity fault of stator current Wavelet Packet decomposition coefficient.
