摘要
目的:对葫芦科植物湖北栝楼果皮的挥发油中性部分进行化学成分的研究。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油。以碱水从其乙醚溶液中除去酸性部分后得到的中性部分用于实验。以气-质联用对化学组分进行分离和鉴定,通过标准图谱对照确定化合物名称。以气相色谱归一化法测定其百分含量。结果:鉴定了38个化合物,其含量之和占挥发油中性部分的76.01%。结论:湖北栝楼果皮的挥发油含有棕榈酸乙酯、亚油酸乙酯、棕榈酸甲酯、亚麻酸乙酯、亚麻酸甲酯和亚油酸甲酯等长链脂肪酸的甲酯和乙酯化合物共16个,还含有十六醛和六氢金合欢基丙酮等其它结构类型的化合物22个。
To study the chemical constituents of the neutral fraction of essential oil from the pericarp of Trichosanthes hupehensis C.Y. Cheng et Yueh(Cucurbitaceae).METHODS:The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation.The acidic fraction was removed by partitioning with alkaline liquor from ether solution to give a neutral fraction which was used in this experiment.The components were separated and identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry and elucidated on the standard mass spectral data. Gas chromatography showed their percentages by area normalization method.RESULTS:Thirty-eight compounds were identified.The total content of these compounds was 76.01%of the neutral essential oil.CONCLUSION:The essential oil from the pericarp of T. hupehensis contains 16 methyl and ethyl esters of long chain fatty acids such as ethyl palmitate,ethyl linoleate,methyl palmitate,ethyl linolenate,methyl linolenate,and methyl linoleate,and 22 other structure types compounds such as hexadecanal and hexahydrofarnesylacetone.
