摘要
目的:以配对比较法优化增液汤的提取方法。方法:以梓醇、肉桂酸、哈巴酯苷、麦冬皂苷D’的加权峰面积为考察指标进行综合评价。结果:增液汤的最佳提取方法为回流提取。条件如下:12倍的70%的乙醇,回流提取4次,每次1.5 h。结论:该提取方法操作简便、准确、重现性好,可以用于增液汤的质量评价。
Objective：To optimize extracting methods of Zengye decoction by paired comparison method.Methods：The optimal extracting method of Zengye decoction was studied by single factor test with the WPA（weighted Peak area）of catalpol,cinnamic acid,harpagoside and ophiopogonin D＇ as indices evaluated.Results：The optimal extracting method was regurgitation extraction.Condition was as follows：the concentration of alcohol was 70%,the volume of solvent（mL）was twelve times the weight of pharmaceutical material（g）,the number of extracting times and the extracting duration were 4 and 1.5 h,respectively.Conclusions：The extracting methods were simple,accurate with excellent reproducibility.Therefore they could be used for quality assessment of Zengye decoction.
