摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定增液汤中麦冬皂苷D'含量的方法.方法:采用DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),柱温33℃,流动相水-乙腈(体积比52∶48),流速0.80 mL· min-,检测波长208 nm.结果:麦冬皂苷D'的质量浓度在0.018 ~0.180g·L-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD 0.73% (n =9).结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于增液汤的质量控制.
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of ophiopogonin D' in Zengye decoction.Method:The DiamonsilTMC18 (4.6 mm ×200 mm,5 μm) was used at 33 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of water-actonitrile (52∶ 48) at a flow rate of 0.80 mL ·min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 208 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear within the ranges of 0.018-0.180 g ·L-1 (r =0.999 9) for ophiopogonin D'.The average recovery of ophiopogonin D' was 99.4% (RSD 0.73%,n =9).Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Zengye decoction.
