胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的早期手术治疗 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的手术疗效。方法对27例胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤行早期后路减压椎弓根钉内固定的临床疗效进行分析回顾。结果 27例胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤的患者经椎弓根钉内固定早期减压治疗疗效可靠,术后恢复满意。结论椎弓根钉内固定早期减压解除脊髓受压是促进下肢功能恢复的重要原因。 Objective To explore the operative effect of thoracolumbar vertebra fractures combined with spinal cord injury.Methods The clinical effects of 27 cases with thoracolumbar vertebra fractures and spinal cord injury by early operation of posterior decompression and fixation of pedicle screw were retrospectively analyzed.Results The effects of 27 patients with thoracolumbar vertebra fractures and spinal cord injury operated by internal fixation of pedicle screw aiming at reduce pressure in the early stage were reliable,and their postoperative recovery was satisfying.Conclusion Early decompression and internal fixation of pedicle screw removing spinal cord compression is an important factor to promote recovery of lower limb function.
