经后路椎弓根钉内固定器治疗下腰椎骨折 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨经后路椎弓根钉、内固定器治疗下腰椎(L3～5)骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析48例采用经后路切开复位椎弓根钉、内固定器治疗下腰椎骨折的临床资料。结果术后及随访(取钉后)时椎体前高,椎体后高,椎管大小均显著恢复,神经功能障碍明显改善。结论经后路切开复位椎弓根钉固定椎管后外侧植骨融合手术治疗下腰椎爆裂性骨折,能达到骨折复位、愈合、椎板减压、椎管塑形良好及重建脊柱稳定性的目的 。
