半椎板切除脊髓减压治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的有效手术方式。方法对21例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的患者,采用后路伤椎半椎板切除脊髓前后减压,椎弓根钉系统复位内固定的方法进行治疗,术后定期复查CT和X线片。结果经过平均15个月随访,神经功能获1～3级恢复,脊柱结构、伤椎形态、椎管形态基本得到了恢复,无断钉。结论后路半椎板切除脊髓前后减压是治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法,操作简便,创伤小,对脊柱结构破坏小,临床效果好,值得推广。
