摘要 根据雷达搜索系统要求连续运转、高可靠工作,无刷直流力矩电机作为天线驱动元件并选用光电编码器作为测角元件能实现系统长寿命工作的要求,介绍了系统组成及工作原理;对负载转动惯量、风力矩、摩擦力矩、不平衡力矩等进行了详细的分析并提供计算公式,给出了选用驱动电机、测角装置选取原则。论述了无刷直流力矩电机的功率驱动器、系统电流环、速度环、系统可靠性、安全性的工程设计原理,最后根据设计原理研制一套系统并进行系统仿真和试验。 The long life working requirements was achieved using brushless DC torque motor as the antenna driving component and selecting photoelectric encoder as a goniometric component according to the radar searching system require continuous operation, high reliability working, The thesis introduced the working principle of system composition; a detailed analysis was carried out about load rotational inertia, wind-force torque, friction torque, unbalanced torque and provided computation formula, presented the selection prin- ciple of the drive motor and the angle measuring device, and discussed engineering design theory of the pow- er driver of the brushless DC torque motor, system current loop, velocity loop, system reliability, security, a set of system was developed finally according to the design principle, and carried out system simulation and experiment.
